Activity

Tempo is an online productivity program for entrepreneurs and freelancers. It includes online training, access to live sessions, a community space and digital tools and resources. Services are provided exclusively in digital format and become accessible after payment.

VAT

The applicable VAT rules depend on the status and location of the customer in accordance with European Union and Spanish law.

  1. Consumer customers located in the European Union. VAT is charged at the rate of the customer’s country of residence. Collection and declaration can be carried out via the OSS system.
  2. Business customers established in the European Union. Subject to the provision of a valid VAT number, VAT is in principle autoliquidated by the customer in accordance with the B2B rule. The invoice is marked “reverse charge”.
  3. Customers located outside the European Union. No EU VAT is charged. However, local taxes may apply depending on the legislation of the customer’s country of residence.
